Its been a while since I last updated, I guess I figured there was no information coming from the Isthmus to report...however I have been busy. The past month and a half I have been back in BEAUTIFUL CANADA (mostly the best place on earth aka British Columbia) and have really enjoyed my time. I won't get in to details but here are the highlights:

- Reconnecting with friends and family
- Summer camps: MSBC Teens camp and also leading the work crew up at Echo Lake
- Backpacking in Manning Park
- Day Camp
- My mom's cooking

It really has been a good month and a half. God has blessed me with so much up here and I am thankful, however its time to start packing my bags again and head down to Panama for another year. Here is my itenerary:

- Sunday morning speak at Parkcrest
- Wednesday take off to Toronto for Orientation conference
- Monday August 18th, fly to Panama
