Well today is Friday and we've just spent a full week at the University. It seems like its been a while for me since I've been able to go everyday to my assigned campus. Between some staff training (We took a theology course) or heading to UTP for the week of values where we were able to share the Gospel in every first year class its been a while since I put in a full week at the National and Interamericana Universities.
Definately the highlight for me this week was Bolivar, a 1st year Engineering student at Interamericana. Last weekend I really started praying that as a team we would see someone come to Christ this week. Also in making a campus plan for Interamericana, I shared with Lindsey how I really want to see a male student saved there and come through with the follow up. Wednesday morning Bolivar accepted Christ while Lindsey and I talked to him. Pray for him that he would continue in follow up and grow in his relationship with Christ.
Another highlight for me lately has been seeing Gabriela, another student from Interamericana, grow in her faith. We met Gabby last year and saw her commit her life to Christ. Lately it has been really cool just talking to her and seeing her not only grow in her own faith, but see her have a heart to reach out to her friends.
