I just want to check in and say hi! This week has been good. It started off heading up in to the mountains with Lindsey (+2) and Todd on a set-up trip for the summer project that is coming in May/June. We headed to two new villages to arrange places to stay, logistics and get to know the area....

God has always spoken to me through creation (part of growing up in the most beautiful place on earth I guess...) and being up in the mountains really drew me closer to Him. Returning to the city, Wednesday was our monthly 'Day Alone with God'. A day we dedicate to spend entirely with Him, reading, praying etc... I was struck by how clearly God pointed at areas in my life through His Word. Things I needed to fix as well as promising me His help.

Today I am off to my 4th Crossfire retreat. The theme this weekend is 'God's will'. It couldn't come at a more oportune time as I am currently seeking what God's will is for my next step as STINT draws to and end. However I am comforted by my devotion this morning

"When you have a right relationship with God, you have a life of freedom, liberty and delight; you are God's will."

Man what a blessing and what a comfort!
