End of the semester

Dear Blog

Today is the last official day of classes at the University. Even though the exam period doesn't officially start until next week, many of the students have been busy this week with final projects etc...

So far I haven't really had a chance to reflect on the year/semester but hope to do so this week coming up as some Canadians come down for a 'Shepherding' trip. Overall I would say I am satisfied with what has been happening and the direction that the movement is going in...but there is still lots of work to be done!

As seems to be the norm for this time of year, we are super busy with activities for the end of the year/Christmas season. One small thought I've had a bit of late is how the coming of Christ is being celebrated around the world...in some places with big concerts and lights and in other places in secret and in the quiet.

Last year Christmas in Panama was something special as I was away from all the normals that I usually associate with Christmas. I wonder what God will show me this year...

The Stint team along with a couple of our Panamanian friends decided that our Canadian Thanksgiving was so good that we would celebrate a 2nd one with American Thanksgiving

Last weekend I went to a Worship concert in the province of Colon where my friend Jose Andres and his band played
